Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo has expressed his happiness at Al Nassr, the Saudi Arabian club he joined in 2023. Ronaldo, who plans to end his career with the club in two or three years, has dismissed any hopes of returning to Sporting Lisbon. Despite not winning any trophies with Al Nassr yet, Ronaldo remains content and committed to the team.
With 50 goals in 48 appearances for the club, Ronaldo’s mega-money move has been successful on the field. He also featured prominently for Portugal at Euro 2024, and intends to continue playing for his country for now. However, he has no intentions of going into management after retiring.
The 39-year-old’s future plans involve helping the national team in upcoming matches, including the Nations League clashes against Croatia and Poland. Ronaldo’s focus remains on his current playing career, and he will make a spontaneous decision about retiring from international football when the time comes.
Ronaldo, who has scored 898 career goals, values the present moment and is not considering coaching as a future career path. Instead, he envisions himself pursuing other interests outside of football. With his dedication to Al Nassr and Portugal, Ronaldo’s legacy as one of the greatest footballers of all time continues to evolve.
