He is also facing legal battles with Manhattan prosecutors over new criminal charges, as well as an overturned conviction in New York that is being appealed. Despite the court’s decision to overturn his New York conviction, Weinstein was convicted of rape in Los Angeles and sentenced to 16 years in prison.
