Future Kentucky Wildcats shine in Week 10 high school games
The class of 2025 for Kentucky football is shaping up nicely, with 21 commitments already in place. The group ranks 22nd in the country and 12th in the SEC. Several of these commitments had standout performances in their high school games in Week 10.
QB Stone Saunders, RB Marquise Davis, TE Mikkel Skinner, OT Darrin Strey, WR Ja’Kayden Ferguson, CB Demarcus Gardner, and WR Montavin Quisenberry were among the top performers. The only commit who did not see the field was QB Brennen Ward.
Marquise Davis had another impressive game, running for five touchdowns to help Cleveland Heights to a victory. Martels Carter Jr. recorded a tackle for loss and solid offensive stats in Paducah Tilghman’s win. Cedric Works earned his first shutout of the season with standout defensive plays for Frederick Douglass.
Other top performers included Andrew Purcell, Kalen Edwards, Darrin Strey, Ja’Kayden Ferguson, Quintin Simmons, Demarcus Gardner, Preston Bowman, Dyllon Williams, Stone Saunders, Montavin Quisenberry, Bryan Auguste, and Tucker Kattus.
These young athletes continue to showcase their talent on the field, giving Kentucky fans plenty to look forward to in the future. The Wildcats’ 2025 recruiting class looks promising with these committed players making a mark in their high school games.
