Leadership Kentucky is now accepting applications for the ELEVATE Kentucky Class of 2025, a program aimed at young professionals aged 25-35. The three-session program focuses on personal and professional development while increasing understanding of the strengths and challenges within the Commonwealth. Participants gain skills, knowledge, and a new professional network, enabling them to become catalysts in their organizations and communities. President Janice Way emphasizes the importance of using Kentucky’s communities as a learning environment to nurture leadership skills.
Each three-day session includes insights from Kentucky leaders, discussions on state challenges and opportunities, and self-assessments of personal leadership abilities. Participants will engage in panel discussions, experiential learning opportunities, and gain regional and statewide perspective through visits to different regions in Kentucky. Sessions will take place in Owensboro, Pikeville, and Frankfort/Northern Kentucky from April to June. Applications for the Class of 2025 are available online until November 30 at www.leadershipky.org.
The ELEVATE Kentucky program aims to empower future leaders to enhance their communities and elevate the Commonwealth. By providing young professionals with the tools and resources needed to lead effectively, Leadership Kentucky is helping to shape a brighter future for the state.
