Ron Adams has created a dream garage condo at Apex Motor Club, inspired by the Scuderia Ferrari museum in Modena. The garage, which reflects Adams’ love for racing and attention to detail, features a Michael Schumacher F1 nose cone, a driving simulator, and multiple race cars, including two from his Ferrari Challenge activities. Adams wanted a space to store his cars and share his collection with others, creating a place to live, hang out, and enjoy everything he has accumulated over the years.
The garage, with a 1,250 square foot floor and 625 square foot mezzanine, can be customized to suit members’ dreams and vision, with the option to acquire and connect two side-by-side garages for extra space. Starting as shells with mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and half-bath included, members can work with the Club to create their unique man cave.
